Xpelair LV100T 4 Inch (100mm) is a round high-performance ventilation fan designed specifically for safe installation directly in or over the splash area.

The LV100T operates on 12V Saferty Extra Low Voltage (SELV), which ensures complete safety during use. They are specifically designed for installation in or over the splash area zone 1, and the SELV transformer is positioned out of reach of anyone using the bath or shower.

This single speed axial unit comes with a remote SELV transformer that can be triggered by a remote switch, such as the lighting circuit. The timer function can be adjusted between 2-20 minutes, and the fan inmcludes a universal mounting kit with white finish. this unit meets the requirtements of Building Regulations Part F1.
