Xpelair GX12 12 Inch Commercial Window Extractor Fan which has been a popular choice for use in public areas such as restaurants, pubs, kitchens, offices, schools and shops for over 40 years.

GX12 is operated via remote switch and benefits from reversible air intake/extract opertion whilst enclosed internal rotor motor provide consistant volume outputs. A silent electro-thermal shutter prevents external draughts.

Suitable for window mounting as supplied. GX12 can be installed in single or double glazed windows with supplied longer ladder strips. Wall mounting is also possible with a wall kit (supplied separately)

A tamper-proof positive plug and socket provides easy isolation for service access, whilst an integrated finger-guard and window grille ensure safe operation.
