The Ei1529RC is a remote control switch that runs on 230V AC mains power. It is designed for use with 2100, 160RC and 140RC Series smoke and heat alarms, and 260RC series Carbon Monoxide alarms.
- For use with 2100, 160RC and 140RC Series alarms (and 260 series Carbon Monoxide Alarms when using Ei128COV - cover)
- Test Switch - Causes all alarms in the system to sound. It is equivalent to pressing the test button on each alarm
- Locate Switch - Audibly identifies the alarm that has triggered by silencing all other alarms for approximately 10 minutes.
- Automatically resets after this period.
- Hush Switch - Silences any nuisance alarms for approximately 10 minutes. Automatically resets after this period.
- Mains check feature - Provides warning of mains failure, as the Test feature will not operate in the absence of mains power.
